Liberated Transition Solutions was founded by Ebony Tyler, a vocational rehabilitation counselor, an educator, and nonprofit leader with over two decades of experience supporting individuals through educational, career, and life transitions. A passionate traveler and lifelong learner, Ebony believes that expanding one’s worldview, through culture, place, and people, especially through the African diaspora, is essential to personal growth, self-confidence, and imagining new futures, a philosophy that is woven into every aspect of Liberated Transition Solutions’ work.
We believe transition is not a detour, but a powerful opportunity for discovery, alignment, and self-determination. Our work is grounded in equity, cultural responsiveness, lifelong learning, and the belief that everyone deserves the tools, experiences, and support to build a life of choice and joy.
Our approach is holistic, relationship-centered, and experience-driven, combining individualized guidance with immersive learning opportunities that expand perspective and possibility. We meet individuals where they are, helping them connect their values, interests, and strengths to intentional next steps through coaching, cultural exploration, and real-world experiences.
