Liberated Transition Solutions was founded by Ebony Tyler, a certified vocational rehabilitation counselor and evaluator, nonprofit leader, and adjunct professor with over twenty-five years of experience supporting individuals through educational, career, and life transitions.
Ebony is a lifelong learner and passionate traveler who believes that expanding one’s worldview through culture, community, and experiences across the African diaspora is essential to personal growth, self-confidence, and the ability to imagine new possibilities for the future. This philosophy is deeply woven into every aspect of Liberated Transition Solutions’ work, shaping programs that encourage exploration, leadership, cultural awareness, and transformative life experiences.
Ebony believes transition is not a detour, but a powerful opportunity for discovery, alignment, and self-determination. Her work is grounded in equity, cultural responsiveness, and the belief that everyone deserves the tools, experiences, and support to build a life of choice and joy.
Ebony's approach is holistic, relationship-centered, and experience-driven, combining individualized counseling and evaluations with immersive learning opportunities that expand perspective and possibility. She meets individuals where they are, helping them connect their values, interests, and strengths to intentional next steps through counseling, cultural exploration, and real-world experiences.
