Family Consulting Services

$450

  • Culturally responsive consulting services designed to help families, and parent groups navigate the educational landscape. 
  • $150 per hour, minimum of three sessions.

Individual Vocational Counseling

$900

  • One -on - one vocational counseling sessions tailored to each student's strengths and goals.
  • Builds confidence, work-readiness, self-advocacy, and post-secondary planning goals.
  • $150 per 60-minute session (minimum 6 sessions) 

College Persistence Counseling

$750

  • Students participate in individualized college persistence counseling and receive ongoing academic, career, social-emotional, and transition support as they navigate college life.
  • Students will demonstrate improved self-advocacy and executive functioning skills, which contributes to college retention.
  • Counseling sessions are scheduled twice a month for 30 sessions through out the academic year 

Vocational Evaluations

$1,800

 

  • Comprehensive assessments to identify interests, abilities, and work styles.
  • Includes written report with recommendations for IEPs and transition planning.
  • $1,800 per full evaluation (includes intake, testing, analysis and written report).

Coaching

$3,500


  •  Professional development to train special educators as Transition  Coordinators.
  • Hands-on coaching to strengthen school-to-work pipelines. 
  • $3,500 for a 4-session coaching series (per educator) or $10,000 per school cohort (up to 5 educators)

Gap Year Experience

$5,000

  • Students participate in an academic year of coordinated services / experiences that includes individualized vocational counseling, mentorship, career exploration, leadership development, work-based learning, volunteer service, and curated experiences designed to help them gain clarity, confidence, and direction before transitioning into college, careers, or adulthood.

Community to Careers

$25,000

  •  A comprehensive career exploration program designed to introduce 9th and 10th-grade students to the full landscape of career possibilities within their own communities and beyond. 
  • Grounded in the belief that career readiness begins long before graduation, this series equips students with the career literacy, self-knowledge, and professional identity needed to make informed decisions about their academic and vocational futures. 
  • This program can be embeded into the school day.

Transition 2.0

$25,000

  • A 10-week, in-person program designed for 10th–12th grade students with disabilities. 
  • A combination of group workshops, individual counseling, vocational assessments, and culturally responsive teaching and counseling practices to prepare students for adulthood, postsecondary education, employment, and independent living. 
  • Each participant leaves with a personalized Transition Plan that reflects their goals, strengths, cultural values, and supports. 15 participants maxiumum
